What to expect
Before and after your session
Before your visit
Pause irritating actives
Stop retinol, acids (AHA/BHA) and at-home peels 5 to 7 days before your treatment to avoid sensitivity.
Makeup-free skin
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Hydrate well the night before.
Avoid the sun
No sun exposure, tanning beds or self-tanner for the 2 to 3 weeks before and after your session.
After your visit
Hydration
Apply a nourishing moisturizer morning and night for 48 to 72 h.
Daily sun protection
SPF 50+ for at least 7 days. Skin is more sensitive after a treatment.
Reintroduce actives slowly
Reintroduce actives (retinol, acids) 5 to 7 days after the treatment, in small amounts.
