Hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
We only share what is needed for the service, and only with parties that help us operate the clinics or the website.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (for example language preference and security).
Third-party booking pages (Square) may set their own cookies. Check Square’s policy for details on those cookies.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may limit some site features.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law (including clinical record retention rules that may apply to your file).
When information is no longer needed, we destroy or anonymize it in a secure manner.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify affected persons and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec as required by Law 25.
9. Your rights
Subject to the law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, and information about how it is used.
You may withdraw consent for uses that are not necessary to provide a requested service, where the law allows.
You may ask us to stop using your information for marketing communications at any time.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] or [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your request. We will respond within the time limits set by Law 25.
